What is the VIP Club?

When you sign up to the VIP Club, you will get notified when we bring new products to market. You will be notified before we advertise new products to the public. Therefore, you can get your hands on them before they sell out. You will also get priority fulfilment which means you will jump the queue and your order will be processed sooner than someone who is not in the VIP Club. You will automatically be signed up to the VIP Club as a thank you for placing an order.  You can opt out at anytime by contacting info@boutiquecurves.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

It is our passion to achieve 100% satisfaction for every customer.  We want to make sure that we back this up with a risk-free iron clad 30 day money back guarantee.

Our 30 day money back guarantee means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange (Buyer pays return postage).

For sanitary reasons please try on your garments with underwear first to check if they are the right fit for you before returning them for an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Electronic items must be unused and in the original packaging. Broken or damaged items must be reported to us immediately via email so that we can do our best to make things right for the customer.

Refunds cannot be processed before an item arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) Klarna and PayPal payments.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders to UK and EU customers take 4-6 business days from placing your order to arrive at your address. US and CAN customers 5-7 business days. AUS and NZ customers 6-8 business days. Rest of world 9-14 business days. What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 20 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.  Alternatively, if the customer's requests it, we will send out a replacement product free of charge.

We are from the UK.  Boutiquecurves.com is a trading name for our UK registered company Click Store Media Ltd (Registered company number and address - 14659370, 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us at info@boutiquecurves.com if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

 

Do I have to pay any import duties or additional taxes?

UK and EU customers will pay zero extra charges. All other customers are responsible for paying any import duties or additional taxes to their customs. However, because of the item's value, it is unlikely. We are not responsible should there be any charges added. Research this before purchasing.
